Install PCRMS Office on iOS/Apple Devices

The PCRMS Office app is available for iPhone and iPad through the Apple App Store. Follow this guide to install the app on your Apple device.

Requirements

  • Device: iPhone or iPad
  • Operating System: iOS 14.0 or later / iPadOS 14.0 or later
  • Storage: At least 100 MB of free space
  • Connection: Internet connection for download and initial setup

Installation Steps

  1. Open the App Store Link

  2. Download the App

    • Tap the GET button (or the cloud download icon if you’ve downloaded it before)
    • If prompted, authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password
    • Wait for the download and installation to complete

  3. Open the App

    • Tap OPEN from the App Store, or
    • Find the PCRMS Office icon on your home screen and tap it

Method 2: Search in App Store

  1. Open the App Store

    • Tap the App Store icon on your home screen

  2. Search for the App

    • Tap the Search tab at the bottom
    • Type “PCRMS Office” in the search bar
    • Tap Search on the keyboard

  3. Select the App

    • Look for PCRMS Office by Leviathan Systems
    • Tap on the app icon to open its page

  4. Install the App

    • Tap the GET button
    • Authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password if prompted
    • Wait for the installation to complete

  5. Launch the App

    • Tap OPEN or find the app on your home screen

First Launch

When you open PCRMS Office for the first time:

  1. Grant Permissions (if requested)

    • The app may request permissions for notifications, camera, or other features
    • Grant permissions as needed for full functionality

  2. Sign In

    • Enter your Leviathan PCRMS credentials
    • Your username format: yourname@leviathan.systems
    • Use the password provided by your administrator

  3. Start Using the App

    • Once logged in, you’ll have access to all your authorized features

Updates

The App Store automatically updates your apps when new versions are released:

  • Automatic Updates: Enabled by default in iOS Settings
  • Manual Updates: Go to App Store → Your Profile → Scroll to find PCRMS Office → Tap Update

To check your automatic update settings:

  1. Open Settings on your device
  2. Tap App Store
  3. Ensure App Updates is turned ON under Automatic Downloads

Troubleshooting

App Won’t Download

  • Check Storage: Ensure you have enough free space
  • Check Connection: Verify you’re connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data
  • Restart Device: Try restarting your iPhone/iPad
  • Sign Out and In: Sign out of App Store and sign back in

Can’t Find the App

  • Ensure you’re searching in the correct region (US App Store)
  • Check that your iOS version meets the minimum requirements
  • Try using the direct link instead

Login Issues

  • Verify your credentials with your administrator
  • Ensure you’re using the full email format: username@leviathan.systems
  • Check your internet connection
